A booking is binding once it has been confirmed. This can be done orally, in writing or via the booking system. Remember to inform us if there are any allergies or wishes regarding your booking.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in from 15.00, check-out by 11.00 at the latest.
Late arrival
The room is reserved for arrival no later than 18.00 unless a later time has been agreed. Always notify us if you arrive later than 18.00.
Cancellation terms
Single room cancellations can be made free of charge up to 15.00 the day before arrival, in the case of later cancellations the cost for one day is charged.
Cancellation regarding group bookings (more than 10 people), according to Visita’s cancellation rules: cancellation can be made free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation 2-4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total amount is charged. In case of cancellation later than 2 weeks before arrival, the total amount will be charged.
Payment
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners) on booking pages, Swish on site and remotely.
We are a cashless hotel.
Price in the confirmation includes VAT.
Complaint
If you have any problems during your stay, please contact us on 0121-10 555 so that we have the opportunity to solve the problem. If the problem cannot be solved on the spot, or if you have further concerns, please send a detailed description of your case via e-mail to info@sanktannaresort.se.
We strive to respond to all complaints promptly. After receiving your complaint, we will investigate the situation and propose an appropriate solution. This may include, but is not limited to, refund, rebooking or compensation for any inconvenience.
If your complaint leads to a refund, this will be done via the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
